How we use it: your gym login is used solely to sign in to your own gym account and book or cancel appointments that you request by text. Your phone number is used solely to receive your booking requests and send you replies (confirmations and status updates).
How we protect it: your gym password is stored encrypted at rest and is only decrypted in memory at the moment a booking is made on your behalf.
What we do NOT do: we do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with flex.plusone.com as needed to log in and make the bookings you ask for.
